How to not Sync Sales Tax from My Fundraising Place to QuickBooks

Open QuickBooks

  1. Click on Items & Services

  2. Click on New in the Item pop-up
  3. Fill in Item information:
    • Type:  select Other Charge
    • Item Name/Number:  enter NoSalesTax
    • Account:  select Uncategorized Income
  4. Click on OK

Log in to My Fundraising Place Sync Agent

  1. Click the Settings tab on the left side of the window
  2. Click Load and Edit Settings
  3. Under Invoice Sales Tax Item select your NoSalesTax
  4. Click Save
